About This Program

To earn a certificate in Data Analytics and Project Management, you need to take and complete four courses totaling 12 credit hours as follows:

It aims to show you practical ways to explore and understand what a project is, the goals of a project and how to execute the project successfully. This course will provide you with the basic insights, knowledge and skills that will equip you to use project management skills in working as Project Managers or as members of a project management team.

Data Analysis studies the data cleaning, applied econometric and its applications to the data practices in some softwares. This course begins with the concerns of data mining, the interaction among economic challenges and data building in econometric modeling. The modern softwares such as STATA or R are used to apply data analysis with econometric models with the real practices and researches.

GIS (Geographic Information Systems) will provide you with basic concepts and fundamental knowledge of GIS, Conceptual Model of Spatial Data, and Characteristics of GIS map as well as understanding of GIS-software including mainly Q-GIS as well as ArcGIS & Google Earth Pro.

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the various functions, practices and procedures of managing human resources from a managerial perspective. This includes job analysis and design, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, retention and motivation, performance management, training and development, employee relations and other aspects of HRM.
